Campresso™ 1-Year Limited Warranty
At Campresso™, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. Campresso products are covered by Limited Warranty (see individual product details for warranty periods) from the date of purchase. Giving you peace of mind wherever your coffee adventures take you.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of 12 months from date of purchase
If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll repair or replace it (at our discretion) - free of charge.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Misuse, neglect, or damage caused by impact, water, or unauthorised repairs

Accidental damage or use outside intended purpose

Consumables such as batteries, seals, or accessories not manufactured by Campresso
How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our team at support@campresso.com.au with:

Your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

A brief description of the issue and supporting photos or video
Our customer care team will review your claim and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
If a product needs to be returned under warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover return shipping of repaired and replaced products.
